A 29-item to measure these elements was developed. Using Rasch measurement model, result of the analysis of testing for data-to-model fit, rating scale functioning, evaluation of potentially misfitting items and suggest the relevance of modelling the quality of life of these buildings projects in environment and building field. Managing project that is under budget criterion appears to be at the highest logit and is more difficult to attain than the rest of the other criteria.
