Memristor based Oscillators with Controlled Threshold Parameters
The principle of controlling threshold parameters in memristor based oscillators circuit is discussed. The new control approach using two-threshold comparators is considered. It is shown that capabilities of memristor oscillators with control thresholds are sufficient for constructing the simplest elements of oscillatory computing architectures. The results of oscillator simulation confirm these capabilities.
