Also, the article demonstrated significant trends in job market development using the example of engineering specialties, which allowed the identification of the basic requirements for the qualification of engineers. Among the essential conditions for the training of competitive specialists at leading universities are the material and technical base, content, and structure of educational programs. An influential theoretical basis, a unification of content and terms, dynamics and complexity of the educational process, and practical orientation are the main characteristics of training students on the specialty EE. It was encouraged to consider the process of training engineers as a process of interaction between universities, laboratories, and real companies, which allows them to synchronize education, research, and innovation processes.","PeriodicalId":240191,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE Problems of Automated Electrodrive.
