Also, the article demonstrated significant trends in job market development using the example of engineering specialties, which allowed the identification of the basic requirements for the qualification of engineers. Among the essential conditions for the training of competitive specialists at leading universities are the material and technical base, content, and structure of educational programs. An influential theoretical basis, a unification of content and terms, dynamics and complexity of the educational process, and practical orientation are the main characteristics of training students on the specialty EE.
