The design was a qualitative-quantitative research, with 189 postgraduate students as sample and 6 graduates, and tutors who participated in the qualitative segment, applying a structured questionnaire and an in-depth inter-view. The results show the high expected profile of the tutors both in the dimension of methodological competences, as formative and especially the interpersonal competence.
