ECONOMIC AND BIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF VOLGA TYPE ANIMALS OF RED-AND-WHITE BREED

В статье представлены результаты изучения воспроизводительной активности, молочной продуктивности и качества молока коров красно-пестрой породы Приволжского типа, а также роста и развития полученного от них потомства. Исследования проведены в условиях племенного завода, расположенного на территории Волгоградской области. Установлено, что во всех группах индекс осеменения в возрасте 21,5 мес составил в среднем 1,65. Этот показатель был лучшим у животных линии Ганновера 1629391 (1,57), что ниже по сравнению с коровами-первотелками линий Сейва 367060 и Рефлекшн Соверинга 198998 на 0,08 и 0,13% соответственно. От подопытных животных было получено 95 телят на 100 коров. Анализ молочной продуктивности первотелок изучаемых линий за 305 дней лактации показал, что животные линий Сейва 367060 и Ганновера 1629391 превосходили аналогов из линии Рефлекшн Соверинга 198998 по количеству надоенного молока на 153 (P≤0,05) и 165 кг (P≤0,01), молочному жиру — на 4,39 (P≤0,05) и 3,55 кг (P≤0,05), МДБ — на 0,02 и 0,01%, молочному белку — на 5,99 (P≤0,05) и 5,95 кг (P≤0,05) соответственно. При этом у животных линии Рефлекшн Соверинга 198998 жирность молока была выше по сравнению с первотелками линий Сейва 367060 и Ганновера 1629391 на 0,04 и 0,07%. Выявлено, что полученные от подопытных коров телочки линий Сейва 367060 и Ганновера 1629391 превосходили аналогов из линии Рефлекшн Соверинга 198998 по живой массе в возрасте 6 мес на 14,2 и 5,3 кг, 12 мес — на 8,2 (P≤0,05) и 1,9 кг (P≤0,05), 15 мес — на 6,3 (P≤0,01) и 3,3 кг (P≤0,05), 18 мес — на 33,9 (P≤0,001) и 11,4 кг (P≤0,001) соответственно. Телочки линии Сейва 367060 превосходили животных линий Рефлекшн Соверинга 198998 и Ганновера 1629391 по абсолютному приросту на 33,6 (P≤0,001) и 22,6 кг (P≤0,05), по среднесуточному приросту — на 62,22 (P≤0,001) и 41,85 г (P≤0,05) соответственно. Изучение промеров телосложения у подопытного молодняка в 18-месячном возрасте показало, что телки линии Сейва 367060 и Ганновера 1629391 характеризовались лучшими показателями по сравнению с аналогами из линии Рефлекшн Соверинга 198998 по обхвату груди за лопатками — на 2,35 (P≤0,05) и 3,26 см, по косой длине туловища — на 6,24 (P≤0,05) и 5,86 см соответственно. Дальнейшую селекционно-племенную работу целесообразно вести именно с Приволжским типом для более полного раскрытия генетического потенциала красно-пестрой породы крупного рогатого скота. The article presents the results of studying the reproductive activity, milk productivity and milk quality of cows of the Volga type Red-and-White breed, the growth and development of their offspring. The studies were carried out in the conditions of a breeding plant located on the territory of the Volgograd region. It was found that in all groups, the index of insemination at the age of 21.5 months averaged 1.65, this indicator was the best in animals of the Hannover 1629391 line (1.57), which is lower compared to first-calf cows of the Seive 367060 line and Reflection Sovering 198998 by 0.08 and 0.13%. At the same time, 95 calves per 100 cows were obtained from experimental animals of the Red-and-White breed. An analysis of the milk productivity of first-calf heifers of the studied lines for 305 days of lactation showed that the animals of the Seive 367060 and Hannover 1629391 lines outperformed the analogues of the Reflection Sovering 198998 line in terms of the amount of milk produced by 153 (P≤0.05) and 165 kg (P≤0.01), milk fat — by 4.39 (P≤0.05) and 3.55 kg (P≤0.05), protein — by 0.02 and 0.01%, milk protein — by 5.99 (P≤0.05) and 5.95 kg (P≤0.05), respectively. At the same time, in animals of the Reflection Sovering 198998 line, the fat content of milk was higher compared to first-calf heifers of the Seiva 367060 and Hannover 1629391 lines by 0.04 and 0.07%. It was revealed that the heifers of the lines Seive 367060 and Hannover 1629391 obtained from the experimental cows of the Red-and-White breed exceeded the analogs of the line Reflection Sovering 198998 in live weight at the age of 6 months by 14.2 and 5.3 kg, 12 months — by 8.2 (P≤0.05) and 1.9 kg (P≤0.05), 15 months — by 6.3 (P≤0.01) and 3.3 kg (P≤0.05), 18 months — by 33.9 (P≤0.001) and 11.4 kg (P≤0.001), respectively. It was found that the heifers of the Seive 367060 line outperformed the animals of the lines of Reflection Sovering 198998 and Hannover 1629391 in absolute growth by 33.6 (P≤0.001) and 22.6 kg (P≤0.05), average daily gain — by 62.22 (P≤0.001) and 41.85 g (P≤0.05), respectively. The study of physique measurements of experimental young animals at the age of 18 months showed that the heifers of the Seive 367060 and Hannover 1629391 lines were superior to the analogues of the Reflection Sovering 198998 line in chest girth behind the shoulder blades — by 2.35 (P≤0.05) and 3.26 cm; oblique length of body — by 6.24 (P≤0.05) and 5.86 cm, respectively. It is advisable to conduct further selection and breeding work with the Volga type in order to reveal the genetic potential of the Red-and-White breed more fully.
