摘要
设计了具有自适应阈值电压控制电路的轨对轨运算放大器,工作电压为0.9 v。利用整体偏置效应的控制电路为与输入晶体管的源端相连的电流源晶体管保持足够的漏源电压。基于自适应阈值电压控制技术,在0.9 v电源电压下研制了两种运算放大器,并采用0.35 μ m CMOS工艺制作。实验结果表明,所设计的控制电路提高了输入共模电压范围
