Methods: From March 1 to June 30, 2022, a survey was conducted of 579 workers at three hotels in Seoul. Research analysis was performed using IBM SPSS 27.0 Version. Results: Firstly, the higher the symptoms of depression, anxiety and somatic symptoms, the higher the oral symptoms, showing a significant difference. Secondly, in the relationship between depression and anxiety symptoms and oral symptoms, somatic symptoms showed a partial mediating effect. Conclusions: Somatic symptoms of hotel service workers are an important mediating factor.
