Respondents of the questionnaire were all insurance agents, and a total of 246 valid questionnaires were completed. After going through correlation and regression analysis of the collected data, it is implied that insurance agents' affective occupational commitment, is higher than their affective organizational commitment. Also, their organizational commitment is positively correlated to their occupational commitment. Meanwhile, the agents' affective occupational commitment is also positively influenced by their job satisfaction. 摘要

本研究主要考察影响员工职业承诺的因素。问卷的受访者均为保险代理人,共完成有效问卷246份。通过对收集到的数据进行相关和回归分析,发现保险代理人的情感性职业承诺高于情感性组织承诺。组织承诺与职业承诺正相关。同时,被代理人的情感职业承诺也受到其工作满意度的正向影响。另一方面,被调查者的工作满意度对其情感组织承诺有正向影响。
