摘要

本文针对铝合金板在弯曲过程中存在残余应力导致尺寸稳定性差的问题,采用超声临界折射纵波法进行检测。通过测量板材在不同方向上的残余应力分布状态,提出产品变形的原因,为板材在不同方向上的尺寸变形规律提供可靠的数据支持。结果表明,通过对弯曲过程中板的残余应力分布状态进行无损测量,可以准确地获得板的应力分布状态,这对分析板的变形原因具有重要作用。
