摘要
提出了一种基于IP over DWDM光互联网的智能静态业务疏导方案。该算法运用正交设计进化思想,引入生态位种群和杂交操作,在满足用户流量请求延迟和带宽约束的前提下,最大限度地提高用户流量请求延迟的综合满意度,最大限度地降低网络成本。
