The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work-life balance on job satisfaction mediated by organizational commitment by conducting a study on production employees I PT. Batu Karang in Malang. The population in this study were production employees of PT Batu Karang in Malang. The sampling technique in this study used \"nonprobability sampling\", and the sampling method in this study was \"total sampling\". Respondents in this study were 66 people. Data were processed through SPSS for Window software and Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS).The results showed that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment affects job satisfaction. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by organizational commitment of production employees I PT. 摘要
本研究旨在探讨工作与生活平衡对组织承诺的影响及其对工作满意度的影响。本研究以玛琅市Batu Karang生产员工为研究对象,探讨工作-生活平衡对组织承诺介导的工作满意度的影响。本研究的人群为位于玛琅的PT Batu Karang的生产员工。本研究的抽样技术采用“非概率抽样”,本研究的抽样方法为“全抽样”。这项研究的调查对象是66人。数据通过SPSS (Window软件)和Smart偏最小二乘法(SmartPLS)进行处理。结果表明,工作与生活平衡对工作满意度有显著的正向影响。组织承诺影响工作满意度。工作与生活平衡对组织承诺有显著的正向影响。工作-生活平衡对玛琅生产员工组织承诺中介的工作满意度有正向显著影响。
