摘要

马齿苋quadrifidaL。(PQ)含有植物化学物质,如生物碱、类黄酮、皂苷、单宁、糖苷、碳水化合物、氨基酸、三萜。本研究采用小鼠醋酸诱导血管通透性模型和大鼠醋酸诱导结肠炎模型对其抗氧化和抗炎活性进行了评价。与双氯芬酸钠(10 mg/kg, s.c)相比,PQ (100 mg/kg, p.o)对小鼠醋酸诱导血管通透性模型具有显著的抗炎活性;与5-ASA相比,PQ (10 mg/kg, s.c)对大鼠醋酸诱导结肠炎具有显著的抗炎活性。我们的研究结果表明,PQ含有潜在的抗氧化和抗炎化合物,这将有助于我们在适当的时候进行生物活性引导的先导化合物的分离和表征。
