Outdoor thermal comfort as an environmental factor affects human health, as proven by various research studies conducted in different climates. The aim of this paper is to explore the components of urban heat island, outdoor thermal comfort, and urban form. The relationship between these keywords and variables that affect outdoor thermal comfort was also analysed. The research method is descriptive-analytical and besides that, the qualitative research method has been used. The components of each keyword have been extracted based on professional theories. Finally, the ideal model of outdoor thermal comfort is proposed.
