Advising and consulting students are critical, which can cause latency and additional overhead for both the instructor and student. This paper proposes a secure and effective Heuristic Framework to enrich the advising experience between the instructor-student and enhance time-management. The proposed framework leads to an improved and optimized educational and learning environment. It offers an environment sufficient for innovation and creativity. The proposed framework is composed of a web-based and mobile application platform. Furthermore, security plays a dominant role in which the internal communication is secured, thus accessing the framework is based on a strong authentication mechanism.
