This paper introduces developing a virtual instrument toolkit based on a VS.NET platform in which the hierarchy of the toolkit and the development method, based on a component mode, is emphasized. Further, the establishment of a networked virtual lab for vibration measuring and control is discussed, and a distributed construction of the developed networked virtual lab, based on the .NET remoting technique, is presented.
