Using the SPSS 21.0 Program for the data analysis, the t-tests and one-way ANOVA were conducted. The performance of therapeutic communication knowledge application and technique showed significant differences in grade, economic condition, and clinical training period. The mean performance of therapeutic communication knowledge application and technique was 1.86±0.15 while the problem recognition was the highest and the provision of information was the lowest. In the results of analyzing the factors having effects on the performance of therapeutic communication knowledge application and technique, the grade explained 19.4%. 摘要

本研究旨在了解护理大学生临床培训中治疗性沟通知识应用与技巧的表现,为加强有效临床培训的沟通学习能力提供基础数据。采用SPSS 21.0程序进行数据分析,采用t检验和单因素方差分析。治疗性沟通知识应用与技术表现在年级、经济状况、临床训练时间上存在显著差异。治疗性沟通知识应用与技术的平均得分为1.86±0.15,问题识别得分最高,信息提供得分最低。在对影响治疗性沟通知识应用与技术表现的因素分析结果中,年级占19.4%。护理大学生临床培训学习策略中治疗性沟通能力的增强需要适应熟练的环境和技术,因此有必要制定有效的教育方法和临床培训中的教/学策略的教育干预方案。
