When a person experiences stress, it is influenced by several factors, one of which is the stress that arises from the social environment in interpersonal relationships (interpersonal mismatch, personal freedom, isolation), so this study aims to see the relationship between perceptions of interpersonal communication and work stress on PT employees. . wesen jayatama Medan branch. The sample in this study was 75 employees, so the hypothesis put forward in this study is that there is a relationship between perceptions of interpersonal communication with work stress, assuming an increase in interpersonal communication with their leaders, the work stress will be lower and if the perception of interpersonal communication is not good then the stress will help employees will be even higher. The data were collected using a Likert scale and purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done using product analysis techniques from Karl's side.
