Exogenous application of humic acid (HA), ascorbic acid (AsA), and thiourea (TU) can improve the growth of maize. This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of different plant growth regulators to as a foliar spray to two (pioneer 1543 and monsanto 8441) maize cultivars. Main objective of this research is exogenous application of plant growth regulators that significantly increase the growth parameters, plant biomass and yield of plant. A total of 3 treatments TO = control, T1 = 20ml/L HA, AsA and TU, T2 = 30ml/L HA, AsA and TU and T3 = 50ml/L HA, AsA and TU were tested in a randomized complete block design with three replications. All the treatments improved the yield, growth and biomass of maize. Although, various treatments, thiourea showed the maximum leaf length, root length and cobe length of the plant. 摘要
玉米是亚热带作物,生长初期对低温十分敏感。外源施用腐植酸(HA)、抗坏血酸(AsA)和硫脲(TU)可以促进玉米的生长。本试验研究了不同植物生长调节剂对两个玉米品种(先锋1543和孟山都8441)叶面喷施的影响。本研究的主要目的是外源应用能显著提高植物生长参数、生物量和产量的植物生长调节剂。试验采用3个随机完全区组设计,共3个处理:TO =对照,T1 = 20ml/L HA, AsA和TU, T2 = 30ml/L HA, AsA和TU, T3 = 50ml/L HA, AsA和TU。所有处理均能提高玉米的产量、生长和生物量。在不同处理下,硫脲对植株的叶长、根长和茎长影响最大。结果表明,叶面喷施植物生长调节剂可提高植物的生长参数;株高、单株叶数、叶面积、节数、植株鲜重。
