This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The technique used in data collection was taken through interviews, observation, documentation. The author acts as a direct interviewer to collect data through teachers and students of SD Negeri 24 Bengkulu City. The results showed that the problems of online learning for SDN 24 Bengkulu City students in the online learning process in IT and Covid-19 problems by utilizing Android media using class groups. The online learning process of teachers has problems or obstacles, first, problems related to teacher competence, second, problems with different levels of understanding of students, third, limited facilities and infrastructure. 摘要
