This study aims to: 1) analyze the relative importance attribute from Indonesian tourists who came to Bali during the COVID - 19 Pandemic 2.) Get the most optimal combination of tourist destination products choice based on the preferences of Indonesian tourists during the COVID – 19 Pandemic. The research was conducted at Benoa Harbour, I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport and Kuta Beach from January to April 2021 through the dissemination of questionnaires to 160 Indonesian tourists by accidental sampling. Data analysis by conjoin method and analyzed with SPSS 2.0 program. The results showed that the relative importance attribute sorted from the highest value to the lowest value is cleanliness, price, attractiveness, service, recommendations, security, and promotion. 摘要
世界各地发生的COVID-19大流行对人们收入减少产生了影响,这对改变选择旅游目的地的行为产生了影响。本研究旨在:1)分析在COVID - 19大流行期间来到巴厘岛的印度尼西亚游客的相对重要性属性2)。根据印尼游客在2019冠状病毒病大流行期间的偏好,选择最优的旅游目的地产品组合。该研究于2021年1月至4月在Benoa港,I Gusti Ngurah Rai机场和库塔海滩进行,通过随机抽样向160名印度尼西亚游客分发问卷。数据分析采用连接法,并用SPSS 2.0程序进行分析。结果显示,相对重要性属性从高到低依次为清洁度、价格、吸引力、服务、推荐、安全性、促销。游客的偏好是卫生设施的意愿,5万卢比的价格,灵活的人工预订,朋友/家人,低费率和机票折扣。关键词:重要性;偏好;旅行;巴厘岛。
