Evaluasi Penerapan Jaminan Mutu Pelaksanaan Ujian Sertifikasi Personil Radiografi di LSP BATAN

The BATAN Certification Body (LSP-BATAN) has implemented SNI ISO 9712:2014 in clause 5.3.1 regarding the authority of qualification bodies of a documented quality management system. The existence of a quality guarantor is expected to be able to meet the requirements of clause 5.3.1. So far, the evaluation of the implementation of quality assurance of the LSP BATAN certification exam has never been carried out. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the application of quality assurance with a sample focus only on the radiographic operator and radiographer certification exam on September 6-10, 2021. This study uses qualitative and quantitative data from primary data from observations and monitoring of the performance of examiners and supervisors using the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the implementation of quality assurance has been running effectively with the parameters of the fulfillment of candidate requirements of 95% (69% complete and 26% without a Work Permit (SIB) due to following the initial certification). The results of the performance monitoring of examiners and supervisors are categorized as good and very good. From these results, it can be concluded that the method of implementing quality assurance mechanisms at LSP BATAN on September 6-10 2021 can be used further in the implementation of the next radiographic personnel certification exam.
