An important place in the article is given to the section «Legal regulation of psychiatric care». During the work of the section, the need to update legal aspects of providing psychiatric care was actively discussed, since the Law «On Psychiatric Assistance and Guaranty of the Rights of Citizens to Whom It Is Granted» was adopted in Russia 30 years ago. The section «Legal regulation of psychological aid» also attracted increased attention of the professional community, as it considered the current situation related to the promotion of the legislative proposal «On Psychological Aid» in the Russian Federation, the development and discussion of which has been going on for few years. Also, this section considered the ethical aspects of psychological aid and their relations with the legal aspects of its provision.
