The laboratory methods in fundamentals of chemistry are using three laboratories room and serves of 400 students which were programed of applied biology, applied physics, biotechnology, chemistry, domestic science, food science technology, industrial microbiology, statistics science, mathematics science and environmental science. The study was conducted to measure the student satisfaction towards the services offered for four convenient for the instruments, chemical reagents, glassware, and ergonomics safety in the chemistry laboratory room. The questionnaires 400 papers were sent to the first year undergraduate students of The Faculty of Science and Technology, and were used as an instrument for collecting the data. The data collected were analyzed using percentage, mean and t-test statistical measures. The results showed the first year undergraduate students the satisfaction were 45, 50, 55, and 60% for the services of instruments, chemical reagents, glassware and ergonomics safety, respectively. 摘要
