This paper thus demonstrates a novel method to facilitate collaborative planning using long-range foresight for an organization. Using the Delphi technique, the proposed method involves the identification of key products, periods of products realization, products dependency and ranking, and the formation of a portfolio of long-horizon strategic action plans that are perceived as achievable within the time horizon of 2030.
