摘要

本研究的目的是获得:(1)“BPJS Kesehatan”朗沙分公司风格领导动机影响工作的实证证据;(2)工作满意度的提供对“BPJS Kesehatan”朗沙分公司工作动机的影响;(3)“BPJS Kesehatan”Langsa分公司领导风格的形成对员工绩效的影响;(4)提供Jab满意度对“BPJS Kesehatan”Langsa分公司员工绩效的影响;(5)成就动机影响“BPJS Kesehatan”Langsa分公司员工绩效。结合研究目标,本研究的研究对象是“BPJS Kesehatan”Langsa分公司的一名或多名员工。在“BPJS Kesehatan”Langsa分公司积极工作的员工总数为47人。数据分析方法与路径分析。结果表明:(1)领导风格对“BPJS Kesehatan”朗沙分公司员工工作动机的正向显著影响分别为0.384和38.4%;(2)提供工作满意度对“BPJS Kesehatan”朗沙分公司工作动机的正向显著影响为0.584或58.4%;(3)“BPJS Kesehatan”朗沙分公司风格领导对员工绩效的正向显著影响分别为0.235或23.5%;(4)提供Jab满意度对“BPJS Kesehatan”Langsa分公司员工绩效的正向显著影响为0.151或15.1%;(5)“BPJS Kesehatan”朗沙分公司员工的工作动机对员工绩效的实现有积极显著的影响(0.569或56.9%)。
