摘要

本文利用Maple软件对一个包含五个物理参数的电子电路建模的太阳能电池进行了研究。物理参数为:串联电阻、并联电阻、二极管反向饱和电流、二极管理想因数和光电流(见图1)。首先,求解特性方程,求出输出电流与太阳能电池输出电压的函数关系。其次,解析地确定了太阳能电池的短路电流、开路电压、动态电阻以及所涉及的各种功率的表达式:太阳能电池的输出功率、内部元件焦耳效应耗散的功率和太阳能电池的总功率。最后,研究和分析了不同物理参数对太阳能电池特性和输出功率的影响。
