The transition to e-learning in the context of the COVID-19 outbreak while lacking preparation for this teaching mode has put lecturers and students in a passive position with many difficulties. This article presents the situation of virtual learning adoption and implementation by lecturers at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) in recent years and their associated challenges. Based on the situation analysis, this article suggests a number of potential solutions to enhance the adaptability of lecturers and improve the effectiveness of e-learning. 摘要

自2020年3月以来,由于新冠肺炎大流行的爆发,为了在控制疫情传播的同时继续学生的教育,高等教育系统被要求从面对面学习模式转向虚拟学习模式。在越南,虽然已经引入了电子学习,但自COVID-19大流行发生以来,它一直在积极采用。在新冠肺炎疫情背景下向网络学习过渡,又缺乏对这种教学模式的准备,使教师和学生处于被动地位,面临许多困难。本文介绍了近年来社会科学与人文大学(河内越南国立大学)讲师采用和实施虚拟学习的情况及其相关挑战。本文在分析现状的基础上,提出了一些可能的解决方案,以增强讲师的适应性,提高电子学习的有效性。这些解决办法将有助于教师和教育管理人员更好地做好准备,以便在将来对类似的不良事件作出立即和有效的反应,从而确保高等教育的质量。关键词:解决方案;适应;讲师,在线学习;COVID-19大流行。
