This process has been revitalized after making political decisions aimed at integration of Ukraine into the European community, which proclaims a person, its life, health, honor, dignity, integrity and security the highest social value. By its content, this movement qualitatively broadens the space for freedom of each individual, becomes an important factor in optimizing the activity of the educational sphere of Ukraine, approaching the time when the humanistic standards of pedagogical work in general, and the scientific and pedagogical activity of teachers of higher education institutions in particular, will be approved. 摘要

在二十一世纪第十个十年结束时,乌克兰的公共机构强调了在人类活动的所有领域实现人文主义原则的紧迫性和必要性。在作出旨在使乌克兰融入欧洲共同体的政治决定后,这一进程重新焕发活力,欧洲共同体宣布人、人的生命、健康、荣誉、尊严、完整和安全是最高的社会价值。就其内容而言,这一运动在质量上拓宽了每个人的自由空间,成为优化乌克兰教育领域活动的重要因素,接近于一般教学工作的人文标准,特别是高等教育机构教师的科学和教学活动将得到批准的时候。能够理解和实现欧盟这一方向特点的专业教育工作者的愿望反映在乌克兰“教育”法1和“高等教育”法2、乌克兰至2021年教育发展国家战略3、到2029年“新乌克兰学校”改革普通中等教育领域的国家政策实现概念和其他官方国家文件中。
