One of the broadcast storm suppression techniques is the distance-based scheme [14] in which the distance between the sender and the receiver is used to decide whether to rebroadcast a message or not. However, this conventional distance-based scheme may cause the Improper Measurement Problem called in this paper. So we propose N Hops Weighted p-Persistence Broadcasting to resolve this problem.
