摘要

劳动法的完善和员工法律意识的增强导致了中国劳动争议的增加。然而,国内对组织内部冲突解决方法进行系统分析的研究却很少。为了弥补这一研究空白,本研究运用冲突管理理论,运用定量研究设计方法,对冲突管理体系的各种机制进行分类,重点提出适合中国情况的工具,并分析不同冲突管理机制对员工成果的影响,希望研究结果能够为改进中国组织的管理提供建设性的建议。

Exploring the Integrated Conflict Management System in China
