摘要

本研究旨在分析产品质量、价格和品牌形象对丰田卡利亚汽车在DKI雅加达的购买决策的影响。本研究中使用的方法是调查研究,因为它从一个人群中抽取样本,并采取有目的抽样的220名受访者的样本大小。资料收集方法采用调查法,所采用的研究工具是问卷调查。数据分析方法采用偏最小二乘法。本研究证明,产品质量对购买决策有正向显著影响,价格对购买决策有正向显著影响,品牌形象对购买决策有正向显著影响。
