System function failure model is established firstly, and then the minimum cut sets are obtained through the fault simulation. System task reliability can be calculated based on the minimum cut sets. With the proposed method, the actual operation of the system can be described more realistic, and the system reliability can be analyzed more accurate with less workload because the existing system functional model is used to model and analyze system reliability.
