摘要

当今教育面临的主要问题是人力资源素质低下和跟不上科技进步的全球化时代,在竞争激烈、素质低下的情况下,学校遇到了一些非常迫切的问题,那么你需要做的就是提高人力资源的素质,无论是从智力、精神、创造力、道德还是责任等方面。本研究旨在探讨校长策略如何提升教师的教学能力、专业能力、个人能力及社会能力。本研究采用定性描述方法。可以得出结论,通过教育督导人员的授权来提高教师能力的主要策略。
