摘要

如何实现大蒜种子方向控制是目前我国大蒜机械播种的瓶颈问题。基于流体耦合理论,提出了用水控制大蒜方向的方法,并对其控制机理进行了分析和测试。通过理论分析,适宜的控水规律以体型为上尖粗,左右对称,背瓣为披针形;设计试验装置,对控水方法的性能进行试验,98.5%的规体能竖立在控水方向杯上,满足大蒜种植要求。本研究为大蒜方向控制器的设计提供了参考。
