摘要

研究了$\beta$ -和$\gamma$ -辐射对聚(3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩)-聚苯乙烯磺酸盐和多壁碳纳米管复合材料电学性能的影响。结果表明,辐照剂量对纳米复合材料的电性能有一定的影响。聚合物基体中导电纳米管数量的增加,伴随着体系电阻的降低和辐射灵敏度的提高,聚合物基体和纳米管都观察到辐射诱导转变。
