摘要

本研究旨在分析巨港市克穆宁区办事处的招聘和就业安置对员工绩效的影响。采用饱和样品技术选择样品。通过观察和问卷调查收集了45名受访者的数据。本研究采用多元线性回归方法对数据进行分析。调查结果表明,部分招聘和就业安置对员工绩效有显著影响。同样,同时招聘和就业安置对员工绩效也有显著的影响。这一经验证据可以为巨港的克穆宁区办事处提供好处。为了提高员工的绩效,该政府机构的领导者应该优化招聘和就业因素。
