In this paper, decision tree theory was adopted to analyze the factors that influence the users' intention to use based on the C5.0 algorithm. Results show that the model has a good prediction rate, and can form highly classification rules which are readable for readers to achieve the forecast of use intention. According to the results, this paper explored the motivation and action mechanism of users' use of behavior from multiple factors. 摘要

在中国,新型线上绿色信息系统蚂蚁森林正在大力推进“互联网+公益”的创新模式,但在目前的运营发展中存在道德营销难以持续的问题。本文基于C5.0算法,采用决策树理论对影响用户使用意愿的因素进行分析。结果表明,该模型具有较好的预测率,能够形成便于读者阅读的高度分类规则,实现对用户使用意图的预测。根据研究结果,本文从多个因素探讨了用户使用行为的动机和作用机制。最后,从运营商的角度出发,就如何提升用户继续使用蚂蚁森林的使用意愿提出管理建议。
