Through the overlapping array arrangement of the transmitting coils and the switching of the transmitting coils, the mutual inductance between the receiving coil and the transmitting coil is kept stable in a more extensive range. In the case of using four transmitting coils, at the height of 100mm, the mutual inductance is reduced by less than 15% within the range of 880mm×880mm.
