摘要

为了减少目前住宅景观设计方案评价的盲目性和主观性,我们尝试采用模糊综合评价和灰色系统方法对方案进行综合定量评价。在景观设计理论和前人研究成果的基础上,对住宅景观设计方案评价中比较选择的指标体系进行了分析和总结,并运用层次分析法确定了具有一定灰色特征的指标权重的重要性。根据模糊综合评价的数学模型,对沙海一林小区的两种设计方案进行了综合评价。
