A structural study of the NGC P 234 particles in comparison with NGC N234 was carried out by the Raman and XRD methods. A correlation between thermal-oxidative effect, treatment temperature and electrical resistance of NGC was interpreted through changes in the structural characteristics La and ID/IG.
