The article gives a review of stages of the automatic adjustment and presents an experimental research of correlation between the required algorithms with real ones, which are applied in the typical industrial electric drives of different types. The characteristic of the symmetrical and modular optimums is given from the point of view of quality parameters of the electric drives control. The classification of current and speed loops adjustment in the relation to the symmetrical and modular optimums is given based on the experimental research. 摘要

本文为现代电力驱动闭环系统自动调节的必要性提供了理论依据。本文综述了自动调节的各个阶段,并对所要求的算法与实际算法之间的相关性进行了实验研究,并将其应用于不同类型的典型工业电驱动中。从电传动控制质量参数的角度,给出了对称和模块化优化的特点。在实验研究的基础上,给出了电流环和速度环调整与对称最优和模块化最优关系的分类。为减少设备调试时间,提出了改进自动调节算法的建议。
