摘要

-目前的一项研究是基于学校校长的真实领导和变革管理如何根据国家教育目标的价值观对学校成绩产生影响。本研究采用描述性与定量相结合的方法。基于之前的研究;1)校长真实领导对效能执行价值的影响(18.6%);(2)变革管理对价值观愿景有效实施的影响(24.2%);(3)校长真实领导和变革管理对价值观愿景有效实施的影响(24.4%)，其他结果受其他因素的影响。结果显示，学校校长的真实领导和变革管理影响万隆市职业学校价值愿景的有效实施。
