Related researches show that in our country, the use of e-learning based learning centers has not been implemented in the form of legal policies. For this reason, the amount of academic loss in the educational environment of the country is more than 10% and the cost of basic repetition is more than a thousand billion rials. Also, job seek graduates make the difference between classical and formal education and community needs.
