Anais do Programa de Mestrado Professional do Instituto de Química da USP 80 Workshop do Program - 2020年12月7日的概念Química e Bioquímica - 80 Workshop do Program, 2020年12月7日和DoE的详细信息。
Delineamento e Planejamento de Experimentos Montando um Exercício Prático
Design of Experiments (DoE) is particularly useful in the planned and organized development of an experimental evaluation of something new. In the MPT6006 class of the Professional MSc Program of IQ-USP this technique is offered in order to make the program's students aware of the concepts Anais do Programa de Mestrado Profissional do Instituto de Química da USP 8o Workshop do Programa – 07/12/2020 Anais do Programa de Mestrado Profissional em Tecnologia Química e Bioquímica – 8o Workshop do Programa, 07/12/2020 and details of the DoE, as well as making them able to use the technique in planning the experimental work involved in their dissertation development. As a compliment to the theoretical and conceptual aspects provided, a hypothetical experimental scheme was created that generates data that allows the students to exercise the application of the DoE from the assembly to the statistical analysis of the results obtained, as well as different scenarios of approach to the DoE, such as Full Factorial Designs, Fractionated, Response Surface, Screening and Mixtures. The practical methodology developed allows to determine mathematical models so that the participants can experiment with different modeling proposals and types of factors, either numerical or non-numerical effects.
