摘要

自动模具机械手控制系统以三菱FX2N系列PLC为控制核心,金科伺服系统为主要控制对象,MCGS触摸屏为终端。利用外部传感器检测触发信号,驱动执行机构,机械手在各个位置自动完成送料-拉拔-防拉-冲孔四个工艺流程操作,能够避免人工操作的风险和生产率低的缺点,实现生产的自动化和智能化,提高产品质量。
