Nawi Purba, Alex Tribuana Sutanto","doi":"10.46729/ijstm.v4i4.904","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"Kristen  Methodist  Indonesia College 5 is one of the private schools that educates disciplined and highly moral students.  The problems faced by this school are the lack of assertiveness by school leaders so that the delivery of tasks cannot be carried out optimally, the culture in the school that has begun to fade both the culture to be consistent, the culture of courtesy that has declined, providing motivation that is less constructive.  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on teacher performance with work motivation as an intervening variable.  Respondents in this study were 88 teachers.  This research method uses Path Analysis using SPSS software.  The results of the study which are the conclusion are Leadership has a positive effect on teacher performance.  Organizational culture has a positive effect on teacher performance.  Leadership has a positive effect on work motivation.  Organizational culture has a positive effect on work motivation. 摘要

印尼克里斯汀卫理公会学院是一所教育纪律严明、道德高尚的学生的私立学校。这所学校面临的问题是,学校领导缺乏自信,无法以最佳方式完成任务,学校的文化已经开始褪色,文化的一致性,礼貌的文化已经下降,提供的动力缺乏建设性。本研究以工作动机为中介变量,探讨领导与组织文化对教师绩效的影响。本研究的调查对象为88名教师。本研究方法采用SPSS软件中的路径分析。本研究的结论是:领导能力对教师绩效有正向影响。组织文化对教师绩效有正向影响。领导对工作动机有积极的影响。组织文化对工作动机有积极的影响。而工作动机对教师绩效没有影响。领导通过工作动机对教师绩效有正向影响。组织文化通过工作激励对教师绩效产生正向影响。
