Two solutions are proposed in this paper to cooperate with each others to utilize the UPS function with renewable power sources. They are active and passive solution. For active solution, system performing power switching function from one type of power source to the other based on the different of power source priority. Monitoring of all the input power sources is needed in order to perform power switching.
