In the process of globalization, the study of the differences between the peoples of different countries, based on the study of labour diversity, becomes relevant. Due to the fact that the current socio-economic development of Georgia is not so favourable, Georgia needs to occupy a certain niche in different markets of the world, for which it is necessary to introduce many innovative models in all spheres, including management, and this is a difficult process considering various factors. Objectives: To increase the productivity of human capital, certain processes need to be implemented. One of the first steps is to set up a team within the company, each member of which feels that he/she is an important part of the main goal or strategy of the company and that he/she has an important role to play, the responsibility for successful implementation as a common and team process. Methods/Approach: Both qualitative and quantitative studies carried out in three educational institutions in Georgia. Results: As a result of the main analysis of the study and its judgment, the main measures for improving the efficiency of a diverse workforce are outlined and a concluding part is offered. Conclusions: Difficulties of teamwork that take place in Georgian companies are discussed; Also, the focus is made on the problems identified in the personnel management process and the mechanisms for overcoming them.
