This paper proposes a design of intelligent warehouse capable of tracking good's static and dynamic data in a real-time basis. The system merges different ICTs such as RFID and WSNs to manage and monitor six warehouse intelligent processes, which are stock-in/stock-out, put-away, stocktaking, product's localization, forklift's localization and pre-shipment control. We have proposed different technology implementations to accurately respond to the six processes' requirements. We provide a technology framework that covers all warehouse operations. Moreover, we give more attention to the stocktaking process to fill the gap of the literature. To this extant, we propose the most suitable implementation of integrated RFID and WSN so as to increase RFID reading range in order to cover the whole stock area. The integrated solution not only accomplish stocktaking easily and accurately, but also helps on locating miss-placed products and monitors the ambient temperature of the warehouse. 摘要
