Because of the current procedure, patients must wait at the hospital or laboratory where the separation facility is located. Physical filtration methods like microfiltration might be used to remove germs and other particles from a sample fluid by forcing the fluid through a particular pore-sized membrane.There are several advantages of using microfluidic devices for chemical and medicinal analysis. It is used in blood diagnostic testing and may be used to separate blood components. By using capillary force, a tiny sample of blood may be delivered into the narrow channel. Cells may be easily removed from the blood sample because the depth of the filter channel is lower than the diameter of blood cells.
